Are your designs restocked?
No — all designs are made in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out. We have been known to bring popular designs back in the future; however, this is not guaranteed. We recommend getting your favorite designs now while they're still here.

I’ve seen this design on Etsy — what’s the difference?
From time to time, we refresh designs to improve fabric clarity and overall finish.
Our website always features the most current versions, while previous editions may still be available on Etsy.

How do I know what’s still available?
What you see on the website is what’s currently in stock. If a design sells out, it will automatically disappear from the collection.

What does “Thin” vs “Thick” mean for headband width?
This refers to the width of the headband:
• Thin: approx. 3 inches wide
• Thick: approx. 3.5 inches wide
Both options are designed for a comfortable fit — it’s simply a style/coverage preference.
Important: Some designs are only available in Thin or Thick depending on remaining inventory.
If you don’t see a Thin/Thick option listed for a specific design, that means the other width is no longer available for that print.

Scrub Caps: 100% cotton
Headbands: soft, stretchy matte lycra (polyester/spandex blend)

Are your headbands and scrub caps one size fits all?
Yes — both our scrub caps and headbands are designed to fit most adults comfortably. We offer width options on our headbands: see thin vs. thick section in the FAQ or About us page.

Can I get a headband without the buttons?
We may be able to accommodate requests for headbands without buttons. Please reach out with a request prior to ordering your headbands.

How do I wash my scrub cap or headband?
We recommend:
• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
• Hang dry (preferred), or tumble dry low

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of hygiene reasons and the nature of scrub wear, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect item received, etc.) and there are no visible signs of previously being worn.
If you have an issue, we’ll always make it right — just contact us and include your order number and an image of your issue.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• your order number
• a photo of the item/issue

Can I request a specific design once it’s sold out?
Unfortunately no — once a print is sold out, it is retired and will not be restocked.
If you’re unsure about a design you love, we recommend purchasing while it’s still available.

At this time, we are not offering custom designs, but we may expand options in the future.
