Because our items are worn in clinical settings and are considered hygiene-related products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us ensure every order is clean, safe, and handled appropriately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
    •    your order number
    •    a photo of the item and packaging (if applicable)

✅ We will review your request and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Please note: Due to the hygienic nature of these items, we are only able to review claims reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Final Sale / Limited Stock

All designs are available in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.
For this reason, all purchases are considered final sale.
